  • Is there only one function a day?

Yes, we only have one function a day; you and your guests will get our undivided attention.

 

  • What does the venue hire include?

Full use of the chapel, the reception hall, veranda and lawn area.

Cutlery, crockery and glasses.

 

  • What does the package price include?

  • What decor is included?

White or cream linen napkins

  • Do you have change rooms?

We have a stunning bridal suite and groom’s cave.

 

  • How long do I have the venue for?

You have the venue for 8 hours.

 

  • Can we go overtime?

Yes, you can, at an additional cost of R 2 500.00 per hour till 02:00am.

 

  • What is the booking fee?

To book the venue and to secure your date the venue hire needs to be paid. This is non-refundable.

 

  • Do you charge a breakage deposit?

Yes we do charge a refundable breakage deposit

 

  • Do You Allow Food Tastings?

Yes, we recommend it.

 

  • Do you have a standard list of suppliers or can I use my own suppliers?

We have a recommended list of suppliers but you are welcome to bring your own suppliers.

 

  • Can we bring our own alcohol?

No we don’t allow you to.

We charge a surcharge fee on any local wine and champagne and a bigger surcharge on imported drinks. We have a fully stocked bar.

 

  • Can we do a beer on tap or gin station?

Yes we can arrange both for you.

 

  • Are you halaal or kosher certified?

Unfortunately our kitchen is not halaal or kosher certified.

We have trusted suppliers that can provide us with the special meals you require.

 

  • Do you allow external catering?

No we don’t allow external catering.

 

  • What are your payment methods?

EFT, Zapper, Snapscan and Credit Card.

 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

If the function should be cancelled the full deposit will be forfeited.

For the balance of the invoice the following will apply:

Cancelled 6 months or less prior to – 50% of the invoice total will be charged

Cancelled 3 months or less prior to – 75% of the invoice total

Cancelled 1 month prior to – 100% of the invoice is charge

 

  • Can I bring my own cake?

Yes you can.

 

  • Do you cater for Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten free?

Yes we always ask for dietary requirements.
