CONFERENCING AT IDLEWILD

Idlewild Country Estate is a magnificent venue for conferences, business functions and events The Venue Hall area itself is 550 sqm with a capacity to accommodate 300 – 400 seated guests and 400 – 500 guests in a cocktail setting. Idlewild Country Estate is designed to accommodate any type of event imaginable, from personal to corporate events, launch events, gala dinners and concerts.

The venue looks out onto rolling lawns large enough to host a sporting event or festival, and has ample secure parking space.

 

Idlewild has a magnificent hall for conferences, big functions, launches and demonstrations. The hall is equipped with authentic wooden tables and chairs.

Idlewild has a calming effect on the clients, the farm atmosphere is appreciated by all and clients depart feeling totally at peace and relaxed.

Idlewild provides standard equipment which includes 1 flipchart, a whiteboard, a screen, a PA system and limited extension cords.

Additional equipment should be arranged with Idlewild well in advance and will be charged accordingly. We have a preferred supplier who can supply us with all your needs.

Our superb caterer will provide you with a satisfying meal and a magnificent bar service is available.

We have a generator with enough capacity to supply the whole farm and venue with electricity, ensuring the smooth running of all events.
